My cousin worked at Toys R Us and got fired for something similar. He caught someone stealing and chased dude out the door. He ran track in high school so he was hawking him down to the point where the dude dropped the shyt he stole in the parking lot just so my cousin would be off his ass. My cousin came back with all the stuff he stole and they fired him for violating policy.
