The article you posted from Esquire talks of the Chinese government hacking both foreign government and foreign citizen emails, for their own economical advantage, but yet we still do business with them and they haven't received the same negative media attention like Russia.

So had the election turned out in Hillary favor, I doubt much of this Russian hacking groups' involvement behind the DNC leaks would be made public. It would have received the Chinese hacking treatment, which should have received the same amount of attention, like this Russian groups' hacking
