This is about the lack of circumstantial evidence suggesting Russians hacked anything

The fact that national intelligence agencies are speaking on this at all is proof.

Russian spokespeople said themselves that they "helped with wiki leaks" and that they were in contact with the trump campaign continuously.

That may not be proof to you, but clearly aside from a signed confession from Putin notarized by Jesus you can't be moved from your position.

It's really an exercise in futility to continue this discussion with you at all.

Russia sent those moles one being Donald Trump to infiltrate the U.S . Russia also starting manipulating events so their moles would have a better chance of getting in position of power.
