I was shocked, I thought his dumbass would never figure out he's just a role player. It was amazing to see him come to a realization that he ain't all that good. That he is just a solid role player who needs to play his role AT ALL TIMES!

That said, I would trade him for a bad contract like Evan Turner and their 1st this year and use that 1st(24th pick) to send to Denver for the 14th pick and Faried. We can then use 14th and 19th to move up and take Sexton or Young.

Since we have a lot of cap space I wouldn't be shocked to see us take on a lot of bad deals/expiring contracts to take up that cap space because we're not spending that money on signing a big time FA this summer. I'm open to any and all of those options since we're not winning anytime soon

That's what Senlenk said the plan is. Use the cap space to take on contracts.

14/Faried is a target but the #19 pick can't be used. We need to get another pick and flip that with the 19 to move up for Bridges, Sexton or Young.

I'm intrigued by Porter, but that random back injury had me concerned If it was just a fluke thing, then I think he could be a great franchise type player here. That's assuming we fall out of the top 3.

I would rather Faried and Plumlee with the 14th pick than Faried and Chandler. Chandler will likely ask for a buyout while Plumlee can actually help Ayton, Bamba, or Bagley develop unlike his trash ass brother. I dont see any reports that Denver even wants to get rid of Plumlee. Hes a good value. Chandler and Faried are kinda useless. Both seem to regress a lot of the last two seasons.

We have the third best odds to get a top 3 pick (tied with Dallas) and the 4th best odds to get the #1 overall pick

For the breh who earlier said we will never land a big free agent, I think Schlenk changes that in a few years.
