Andre doesn't either believe in himself, or he's just find with where he's at.
I believe it's the latter. Especially after finding out Dre turned down the chance to perform at the Superbowl.
Which is sad because I honestly believe Andre has/had the opportunity to be the icon that Kanye is considered for hip-hop.

I agree with you on him being cool with his position and add that he's selfish too. The dude hates touring. I caught him at a festival is Vegas in 2014 and he had on some sarcastic shirt with "I rather be doing anything else" or some shyt.
But i dont agree with 3000 not being considered an icon for hip hop. He's in most rappers and publications top ten without ever dropping a solo.
