It wasn't the height as much as it was the combination of the height, the frail build, and then reconciling it all with those threatening ass lyrics and interludes from The Infamous. It was a lot like seeing some of the Coli posters pictures after you've read them talking tough and weighing in on street shyt. You feel a weird mix of comedy and tragedy at once.

:damn:

It's all good Breh. Kanye is a divisive figure, him and his music represents different things to different people.

Kanye is clown who that thinks of himself very highly. There is nothing divisive about that

Whether or not you like his music is a different subject.

I haven't listened to this yet but I can tell from that @ExodusNirvana post that I'm going to disagree with Drake take

Y'all give too many thoughts on Drake, he's at the place he's at because he makes music you can party to and has the largest female fan base of any rap artist in Hiphop history

Everything else is secondary and a result of those 2 things

Good shyt @Walt shouting out Words and the lyricist lounge show. Always thought he and the show were nice.

Kanye shyt was hilarious and accurate.
I don't hold critics of rap albums that probably don't really listen to rap and base their evals on how much it doesn't sound like rap, calling it groundbreaking. I know I'm in the minority but I still don't get why MBDTF got these crazy reviews and was labeled as a masterpiece.

Edit: and fukk you @Walt for having me listening to this TNY album again just so I can laugh at the "what of the chicken" line. Need to know what song.

"Little Death."

Entire song is jokes to me. Cool beat and all, but dude is bringing the straight corny raps.

"Such is life/odd as egg mcmuffins at night." :camby:
