Its tough Front Mission series is great but it was always a niche series.

I played that long time ago on emulation I don’t think it ever got localized

Shame there is very little hype for this. Game is barebones in a lot of ways and hard to recommend due to its RNG nature but the gameplay loop of combat -> setup -> arena -> combat etc is pretty addicting.

Also it's funny how brutal old school JRPGs where. Entire hospitals getting blown up in the third mission.

I like the remake. Game is still a lot of fun.

I hear because these remakes are selling well enough that Square is going to go back and do more.
