Brought in an assistant who was a supposed savant who couldn’t call a play to save his life yet fans were complaining the coach was meddling with the offense and was overriding playcalls and he doesn’t have the authority to do that. All this shyt happens and at the end of the day, they tried weasel out of their buyout and say that man didn’t sign his contract. So nah, we need more administrators at these schools. More black folks running these booster organizations. They hold the keys to the entire operation. No way any program would shyt on a white coach like that. Morris got one more game than Taggs and won what, 4-5 games total? Then to make matters worse, the mole within the coaching staff was a black man.

What can Norvell do in the Tallahassee community that can change those folks lives who need it for the better? He’s not a Bobby Bowden type figure who has some clout with the local leadership or got access to the the governors office around the corner.

What I got out of the video was that Marvin asked for some programs that’d donate to the local black needy. Time will tell if that’ll actually be employed
