I set out to Pinkberry on 9th between 42nd and 43rd in Hell's Kitchen today for a smoothie...french girls wearing yoga pants with booty rocking everywhere, more and more clueless and annoying tourists...more and more the city is waking from the winter slumber...I love it!

Cool, funny, but a sad and terrible testament to clueless hipster gentrfiers and their lack of understanding of Brooklyn and how the borough has become a trend.

They priced me out of there years ago tho....I wanted to buy a spot in University Towers on Jay St. and they wanted like 500k for a 1 bed room

Even businesses have been priced out... Cakeman, Cookers (brothas was in there representing... I would) ..... I miss my Sunday brunches at Cookers....
