If you have the George Jefferson, you almost certaintly don't have enough donor hair to cover the hair loss area. I'm not saying don't search for a surgeon that will consider you. Some have become proficient at actually transplanting body hair in lieu of a lack of adequate donor, but taper (🫢) your expectations. By the time you get to Norwood 5 & 6, it's too late. Best time to get a transplant is NW 3/early stage 4.

Not trying to be funny but you could always use a hairpiece. I have a childhood friend who does. I clown him every now and then but that nikka is happy.
It looks indistinguishable from his actual hair. His fiancé actually put him on. It would never be for me but it's more common today than it was ever was before. Can guarantee that you know someone who uses one and you don't even realize it.
