Last year marked the 25th anniversary of Miseducation, she launched a tour. Postponed and then cancelled the remainder of the tour.

This reboot reunion was technically still the 25 th anniversary tour.

The Fugees reunited in 2021, 15 years since their last performance, but played just one concert before cancelling the tour for what they called pandemic-related difficulties.

They set out again in 2023 only to cancel their shows for a second time, which Hill said was due to her suffering “serious vocal strain”.

“I made it through each show by taking prescribed prednisone, but this can be detrimental to the body when taken in large amounts over long periods of time,” she said in a statement last year.

“In order to prevent any long-term negative effect on my voice and my body, I need to take time off to allow for real vocal recovery so that I can discontinue the medication completely.”

So looks like they had to cancel a tour in 2023 because of Hill

The old school Motown/Stax-type acts can tour worldwide at different kinds of venues by giving the people what they want. You might not have Drake money, but you can still support yourself and live comfortably.

Then you have other groups that don't know how to "retire." They want the bread but they don't really wanna get on stage and do shyt from 30 years ago. If you wanna stay in the music game...either write, produce or perform (or all 3). If you lean towards performing...stick to the old shyt or get some new shyt to pop.
