I cut my hair many times since the pandemic started since I couldn't get out to the barber and nah...it aint worth it. There's a reason why Barbers exist...I got scabs on my scalp from my razor even though I clean it every time I use it from cutting my own hair...my hair is uneven and when I tried to give myself a fade...I would end up shaving my whole head cause I messed up.

Just go to a barber. Im just growing my hair out now.

I will say alot more black men used to at least have basic skills with the clippers. That seems to not be the case now. I had so many uncles and cousins who wanted to cut my hair growing up

unless you are getting some next level shyt done with your hair there is no reason not to cut it yourself.
now i ain't cut my shyt in like 3 years but when i did, all i needed was the medicine cabinet mirror, a handheld mirror and clippers. fading yourself aint that hard and you can do most of it by the sound of the clipper without even seeing it.
