Yeah but Sea moss only has 4% of the daily value of zinc.

I'm not anti supplements but there is an inordinate amount of focus on them in lieu of learning our bodies and refining our diets

Nikkas too often treat supplements like the main character when they should be the supporting role

And again once you get to a certain amount of input it becomes diminishing returns and your body is just letting the excess pass.

Nikkas don't even talk about shyt like saturation points. They just take these things year round expecting them to do the same thing every single time and that's not how it works

First off again most of these supplements should come from your foods. Zinc and seamless should be in your diet normally so you shouldn't need supplements I mentioned honestly
