Good. Workers go sit in the stalls on their phones and ass drag at the warehouse I'm at. They already be behind or slow... then take 15 minute restroom breaks or find any excuse to leave the floor.

It's called "disruption in production"...

At amazon cellphones weren't allowed in the building and you were timed during your off time. 30 minutes of accumulated time, throughout the day not scanning something is a write up. Everything was done using scanners and computers so they knew exactly how long you take between units. Slacking off at Amazon was harder than a lot of other warehouses unless you were a supervisor.

I work there now it's not bad it's stressful as all hell though. It's deff easy to move up them nikkas was training me during peak season,but it's too stressful imo. I only work 3 days, so it's like eh whatever
