Yes and No. Diabetes is much more complex of a disease than "eating too much sugar". For example I don't even eat sugar like that. However I tend to eat just 1 or two meals a day and my doc told me spiking your blood sugar like that can cause diabetes. You're better off keeping a constant glucose level throughout the day (many smaller meals and snacks). Also much of diabetes is genetics.So you can get diabetes from eating too much fruit? Honestly just asking.
