me and my babymother both agreed for me to MAKE DIRECT PAYMENTS without the courts being involved...

Because it was more convenient and it paid more to her..

Anyway the COURTS refuse to close the case to allow me to pay her directly...

Said I can't do it till I paid off ARRERS which is BACK CHILD SUPPORT "INTREST".

So basically it has to be on record for the COURTS to allow this

cause it wasn't helping none of us...

i was giving her 585 dollars a month ...and all she was seeing was 235 once the State issued her that check..

But she knew damn well she didn't need that Bread like that...hell she able to get a fukking nice azz two bedroom apartment for her and my son while only paying 120 $ for Section 8 Rent...along with Food stamps and she got unemployment checks because she just happen to "lose" her job and lets not forget the School Financial Aid check she was recieving as well...

at the end of the day ..the byatch was eating good

while my black azz was struggling to keep up payments on my car and had to move into a fukking rooming house in the gottdamn hood with roaches doing terrorist acts on my azz while trying to get some sleep for my 6 day work week as a fukking Hotel Desk Clerk to support this byatch

they are like N. KOREA when it comes to this child support shyt man...

i had an older OG homeboy whom just recently basically DIED of a stroke from all of the stress he was catching from this child support shyt dawg

i did my research...

basically from what the Child Support Enforcement clerk said all i had to do is catch up with my behind child support payments which were in arreres (intrest) ...

which i eventually did when i found a better paying job....

the problem wasn't the COURT...it was this BYATCH whom didn't want to CLOSE THE CASE even when the court was willing to close it based on me catching up the arreres ......

she just wanted to have that POWER over a n1gga to have him humilated and locked up.....

simply because we weren't together any longer and i had moved on

like i said in most of these cases..it aint about the MONEY or the KIDS....

it ain't like these byatches are getting rich off this shyt and most of it isn't benifiting the kids anyway..

These byatches just love having the "power of the court" on thier side to have the abiilty to DEHUMANIZE A MAN...

For 2 kids, they were taking 3k out a month for 18 years. I was in the military, so it sucked being in 15 years and getting E-2 pay. Family Court will always side with the woman. If you have any inkling the baby isn’t yours ? It’s essential you get a paternity test

So I made a payment Friday and tried to go get my license and they said it's a hold on it

I go this morning to see if the hold cleared and it's still there

I call the child support number to speak to somebody and they aren't accepting calls

They have an online chat u can use but it's down

How U gonna disable me from getting a job (90%of employers ask for valid license) and expect me to pay cs on time? And when I try to correct the shyt I gotta go thru a maze?
