cause if you walk in a store and trade something in for $20 when you could sell it yourself for $40 you just didn't feel like putting in the work to sell it yourself. Gamestop will gladly exploit that sort of laziness. they aren't ripping people off really. everybody knows the deal they walk in fully aware of it.

hell even eBay will get you more than Gamestop and all you gotta do is list it and drop it in the mail.

Don't buy from them then. These days I buy 20% of my games at gamestop. The rest I get off amazon with points I accumulate from their CC.

I remember back in the days I was trying to get "Streets of rage 3"(I think) from funco land. I brought my gameboy and a couple of sega genesis games and funco land was going offer me fukking 16 dollars store credit....as a lil nikka I knew that shyt was rape

I never ever ever sell back my games. U fukked up right there. If I were u I'd put my used games on ebay, amazon or craigslist.
