I really don't think a few butthurt idiots making racist Twitter comments is worth getting up in arms about. People on social media that make these type of statements are fukking stupid, they don't represent everyone's opinion on black players in hockey. Its more a case of the world being filled with extremely ignorant people who use anonymity and safety of hiding behind a computer screen to spread hate speech they wouldn't normally say in a face to face personal convo.

I like P.K. as a player, I like Wayne Simmonds as a player (although I hate him because he plays for the Flyers) and I love that more and more black players are being successful in the sport. When the Pens had George Laroque for a brief period I was glad as hell that the pens finally had a black player on the team.
