im talking pacific time. im saying that they should start some games at 10 PST, like they already do and then have a couple start at noon and then have the rest at 1:30. that's what i meant by staggered starts.
if your on the east coast, you would get games starting at 1, 3 and 4:30

the catch is that they want all their affiliates done around the same time for either the game of the week or for the local programming they show afterwards.
