Have you considered the Air Force? I'm not sure what the qualifacations are to get in but it's worth a shot.

Hell if you've done some party planning chances are you're social so maybe you can get your barbers license, get out in them streets and get ya clientel up, stack some paper, and open up your own shop. (just an idea)

Aint nothing wrong with being older and going back to school dont worry about what everybody else thinking go get that degree.

I have a similar story to you (ie. dropped out of college and started trappin had kids etc.) but ultimately I got myself back on track went back to school and got my education up. I basically was scared straight once I saw one of my closest potna at the time get hit with some time after he got caught with work on him. What was so crazy is it happed literally 100 yards from my apartment at the time where he just dropped me off maybe 2 minutes earlier after we was at his cousin spot all night tryna get some money. He was headed to his spot and he wanted to stop by the store right quick to holla at one of his stangs. He was gon make that money not knowing the laws had pulled up in the parking lot and saw the whole transaction go down. He tried to run and fight the laws which only made matters worse smh. Caught in the act plus he had 2 cookies, drank, and some weed in the car. He called me from jail on somebecause he knew they was finna hide him for a while smh.

Fast forward bout 10 years I have a career in the oil and gas industry. I make good money and I dont have to kill myself doing manual labor or worse, nothing illegal.. I made the mistake of thinking I was gonna get rich off trappin @ 18/19 yrs old but that definietly wasnt the case. I say all that to say trappin aint the answer homie gone and get focused and just go back to school if you cant get in the millitary.

Air Force wants virgins breh. 18 year old high school kids. How many credits you got? Man if I were you I would focus on a medical degree. Speech pathology assistants or something with a 2 year certification that will get you a nice kush job ..Then hit up night school while being a professional. Or you could be broke as fukk for 3-5 years. I would grind it out for a 2 year degree in medical with a cert, get a job making 40K-60K(radiology tech) stack money, night school and build on my tech cert to advance.

Naw breh. IT is great but it's a very who you know, what you know field. You have to be great. The days are over where you have certs and you . If you can't get a clearance of don't have friends in higher places you struggling. Medical fields have shortages in every field. It's a guaranteed and Guaranteed. And like I said there would be opportunities to advance if you go to school. Look at your local community colleges. They have programs breh. Go for it. And the medical field is prestigious and respected.

nikka you better enroll at a city college like people are saying and get your life together. Take out some small loans if you have to. You are only 25. Do you know how many nikkas are back at college these days? Get on that law track, pre-med track, engineering track, public health...SOMETHING that can get you some pocket change when you graduate. You wasting your golden years my nikka. Because at 50 when you checking nikkas receipts at Sam's Club you gonna be like i shoulda went back to school.

if u have enough money to go back to school, maybe u can use it to start up a legit buisness (if u know school is not for u). Just realize success isnt going to come overnight or easily. Maybe once your buisness is stable u can take some buisness classes to learn the best way to make it grow.
