he is absurdly talented on the mic, he's got bars, storytelling ability, flow, punch lines, and that weird talent to take it conceptually to new heights, innovating and doing only things he can do. he's got that weirdness and perspective that makes his diction perfect sometimes. he's got it all but the desire to put it out. it's frustrating
Last time I heard, Jay Electronica and Jay-Z both said the album was done, right? Hov just said he needed Jay Elec to make a single for it?
