by the time I waste doing all that work to make that small ass pizza I could have drove to wal mart copped one of those 16 inch ones and drove back home 


My recipe for the crust.
* 1.5 cups bread flour
* 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup cold water
* One garlic clove
* Basil and Parsley
Ball up the dough, and let it sit for a day. Then put it in a skillet with just enough olive oil so it doesn't stick. Bake the skillet on the burner for 3-5 mins on a med-high setting. Now the temp is up to you but I do it 450 for like 15-20 minutes.
