Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Rows 3x5 SUPER STRICT.
Optional: Cable rows, 3x8 bicep work, 3x8 rear delt flyes, do this at your own discretion. If you don't feel like it, don't worry

B
Front squat 3x5
OH Press 3x5
Deadlifts 1x5
Chins pull ups 15-20 total reps, add weight or use assisted.
Optional: 15-20 reps of dips, 3x8 tricep work

Every week add 5 pounds to the lift and watch yourself so

Nutrition eat a moderate amount of calories. If you calorie intake is 2300 stay between 2100-2400. If your insane like me you can eat a very huge deficit like 1800 which what i did (not recommend though haha). Also buy protein shakes, pwo, and multivitamins they'll help

Y'all talk about wanting to look good i gave you the cheat code but you have to be dedicated this shyt took me a year to build up. I went from barely being able to bench a plate to benching 2.5 plates

Program is basically a modified 5X5.

Works very well for beginners/intermediate level brehs. Did wonders for me, but I usually burn out after 6 months and have to switch to something else :wow:

Heavy squats 3 times a week, heavy deads, will add up after a while. shyt even fukked with me mentally. Pushing myself to set a new PR ever session, beating myself up if I failed:mjcry:

But it works.

yeah i should probably warn them i ended burning out and using my adrenal gland which caused me fatigue, anxiety, and depression but i wasn't eating right and sleeping correctly so you gotta come correct when you hit the gym HARD for any program

Program is best suited for bulking tho breh. If you're on a heavy caloric deficit like you were, you'll hit plateaus every other week plus it will destroy your recovery.

I did the 5x5 for a couple of months but stopped due to the fact my knee starting hurting and honestly.....i wasn't seeing crazy gains. Also I feel like people seeing you ONLY doing those exercises in the gym and they going hold you to higher expectations gains wise. (Talking more about trainers and frequent lifters not casuals on the treadmill). I don't tailor my work out to what other nikkas think but I know people going be hating if you doing squats for months and not really getting any gains

The routine really doesnt matter as long as you lift heavy. Compound movements are of course the most efficient way to work out your body. A 3 day a week full body routine for beginners or PPL for intermediate is all you need but once again diet is king.

I work out 6 days a week but after a while feel off eating well (had a stressful job at the time so did alot of stress binge eating), and i went from looking like a strong safety to looking like an offense tackle :mjcry:
