Fringe allstars averaging 30+i hate this all offense nba. theres no reason a team should have all-star game numbers. gonna kill the record books too. average nikkas gonna shoot up the scoring charts.
this is the problem when people try to compare generations. we are witnessing it happen. no way youll be able to say this generation has better players bc its no defense being played now

You brehs wanna go back to the fukking mid 00s spurs-pistons struggle fests?
fukk outta here
Even some of those 90s bulls jazz games were struggle in retrospect.
The jazz scored 54 pts in a game
Bunch of 79-81 and 81-83 type games![]()

Game 7 of the 2005 finals saw both teams score less than 60 after 3 quarters. That was arguably the best the league had to offerYou brehs wanna go back to the fukking mid 00s spurs-pistons struggle fests?

. Even 7-8 years ago it was ugly. Miami vs Chicago game 5 in 2011 saw a score of 77-65 with 3 minutes left
. We are never going backwards to that late 90’s-mid 2000’s struggle ball era
. No more teams averaging 81 possessions in a finals series
. No more 69-65 final scores in the conference finals. No more teams playing at a snails pace just for the sake of playing slow. No more teams passing up corner 3’s to take a step in to shoot a 20 footer. No more entire quarters of teams going iso or trying to set up struggle post up plays with no floor spacing. No more teams running lineups with 3-4 guys who can’t shoot or run the floor

How were these teams scoring so much? The coli said everybody was physical and the teams weren't high scoring :HeyMarlonSayCheese:Detroit Pistons at Chicago Bulls Box Score, November 7, 1989 | Basketball-Reference.com
