fukked up joints

shoulders, elbows, knees
all fukked up (snapping, hurting, knees sound like someone eating chips when i squat). i only have pain in shoulder and sometimes elbows.

form isnt really an issue, and i'm still progressing on bench (im up to 55), but its something i want to fix

My knees and ankles used to crack a lot until I started going to the chiropractor AND started getting soft tissue work.

It may not be what you need but it works for me.

you need to start strength training doing mainly compound exercises focusing on each muscle as you may have a muscle imbalance from hypertrophy training (bodybuilding) which is detrimental to one's bio-mechanics.

you need to become limber by lubricating your joints through static stretching after exercising and/or practicing yoga. then having a deep tissue massage every month is a must if not more often.

when you come back you'll feel light like you've just been swimming.
