I am not expecting much fukkery from this debate. Sanders is going to try and stay on the issues at all times. Attacking is not his strength but he also loses patience with dumb people easily and considering Don Lemon is supposed to be one of the moderators I can see him asking Bernie something really stupid which makes Bernie lose his cool for a moment.
Hillary will try to do the same while trying to potentially use guns as a way to score points against Bernie. She will also be the focus of the majority of the debate from the moderators. I think it will be a replay of the early 2007 debates when all the Dem candidates were basically being pushed by the moderators to criticize and attack her.
I anticipate the majority of fukkery to come from Martin O'Malley though as he takes the CNN mods bait and attacks Clinton hard which will probably backfire because he will likely be too aggressive with it.
Jim Webb will probably not get much attention and I think his whole point in running is to try and secure a spot as Hillary's VP so he might provide her some cover.
Lincoln Chafee will not be spoken to at all after the introductions are made.

Honestly, I don't have any real expectations. I watch republican candidates speak so I can debunk them.

What will I get out of a democratic debate? I'm going to watch, but this will be 3hrs of soft pandering. Everyone will pretend to be the most pragmatic and empathetic, while apologizing for their years of war mongering and criminal justice atrocities.

Exactly... It's all a show.

We might as well be watching soap operas.

Edit: Although I do believe Bernie will take this seriously.

I also am expecting Bernie to be pressed about what his foreign policy agenda would be as president and his announcing that he would continue the use of the Obama drone program.

Hope that stream works better than it did for the last GOP debate.

As for the debate; I anticipate O'Malley to go hard at Sanders over guns, Chafee to try to turn everything into a discussion on Iraq, and Sanders to get cut off by a moderator and respond gruffly. Clinton will lay back I imagine. Attacking Sanders is dumb from all angles for her.

Interested in seeing whether anyone besides Sanders and Clinton can gain some traction. Logically a guy like Webb should be able to do well with southern whites and more conservative black voters(incidentally, the state senator who was murdered in charleston was a Webb surrogate), however polls don't reflect that.

Somewhat disappointed that Lessig won't be there, if only to discuss anti gerrymandering legislation.

Think the panel is going to go hard at Hillary over Benghazi/emails/being a c*nt in general? Or will they play softball?

I think you'll see a question about "integrity" or something along those lines, with a follow up specifically about the emails from Don Lemon's stupid ass after Hiliary gives her basic "it's a distraction" answer. None of the other candidates will question it so it won't become a thing.

I'm not excited either, and I honestly don't even know if I'll watch it or not....
@DEAD7 does have a point, in regards to fukkery from the Trump factor. It's entertaining as heck watching those conservative assclowns pick each other apart, but the DNC lineup couldn't be anymore boring than listening to a contemporary Jay-Z album.

@BarNone might as well pin this
Here, I gave you my attention. Run along now.

I see Martin O'Malley and Lincoln Chafee being the ones who go on attack mode towards her the hardest.
Also think they will go after Bernie but with less venom than they will attack Hillary.
O'Malley especially will be really aggressive because he is going to see this debate as his chance to be put on the map.
I see Bernie and Hillary (to a lesser extent) trying to focus on issues and appear above the fray of personal attacks.
