Can’t front. I know a couple of CO’s who went through this and prison time wasn’t a starting point (as in it was a possibility but definitely not offered off top). Any lawyer worth a damn should be able to beat out prison time. You’ll probably never work in LE again, but that’s a given.

This seems minor (texts, messing with her after she’s released) compared to how they got jammed up and what they were, ahem, accused of doing. Might be different down there though

i don't understand the time thing either. his other posts sounded like he worked at a men's prison & was finding female inmates on those write an inmate sites...so he wouldn't have had any power over her or interaction outside of phone calls

maybe he'll clarify when he gets back.

I did work in a prison but now im working in a halfway house that has male and females.
