Now you will likely lose the job as it should be considered a position of trust but the text should of started after she was released...Your lawyer should be able to find a way adound this happens more often than you think...The prosecutor will try to get you to plea to something they have an easier time make stick...False official statement or something like that...Explore all of your options....And most importantly keep it off the internet and dont talk about it via message/phone...Yes they do have the capabilities and yes they do use them especially if they subpoena phone records. That can and usually includes the data as well.
