Season 2 was much better. Still some corny stuff but felt they were definitely gearing more to adults with some of the content. I enjoyed it. Candice Cameron did her thing this time around. The cameos were better too.

Do I need to watch the rest of season two or just go straight to three? I remember I started watching the episode with D.J.'s birthday and I never finished. 
eh, not really. There's a very loose story arc between the seasons, but nothing major. you'd be able to figure out what's what
