Let me paint a scenario to illustrate my point. Imagine if some guy goes missing. And me, a young rappr, comes out with a song with the lyrics "I shot that nikka left him leaking" for clout although there is no evidence linked to me and l factually did not commit the murder. In fact someone im close to did it but I had no hand in it. The DA uses other lyrics from a song were I identify my crew, which my boy is also apart of. Now I'm being charged in a rico case due to an act I didnt do or wanted to partake in, but the DA uses your lyrics to show intent although you were just capping, like most rap nikkas. You don't find this problematic?

assuming you knew about the murder, were affiliated with the crew that did the murder and chose not to alert the law then yes youd be part of the RICO indictment and ive no problem with that.

Paul Howard was useless, he only went tough at the last minute to try to get re-elected. He rushed the case and overcharged them and they would have had a million dollar case that ended up in a acquittal.
