Regardless of his draft position, his shot was different in college. Something happened to change it, whether that was an unreported injury, a new form suggested by a trainer, etc...doesn't matter.

Yes he could. They posted the same exact kinda videos this time last year, and then a few games into the season he was doing the juggle free throw and then he was shut down and traded. This is nothing new.
