Since becoming a federal holiday - it has and will benefit CACS and non-blacks the most.

Here’s why.

Black people make up a majority of the service and retail industry - these companies mostly did not and will not follow this federal holiday and give their employees the day off. Why? Because they exploit their workers and are considered low wage positions. Feel free to look up how many low wage service/retail companies follow government protocol and offer that as a day off? You won’t find many, if any.

BUT

White people and other non-blacks make up a significant majority of those employed by the government and the corporate world who most likely will either get that day off or a flex schedule since it is now a federal holiday.

So the significant majority of black people did not and will not get Juneteenth off - while CACS get to go home and get paid to be racist as they always do.
