But, Punk Master Plex is actually the one that's perpetuating it all. How would I (a random person that lives on the other side of the planet in London, UK) know there was a rap beef if he didn't tell me? Hot 97 is involved in damn near every rap beef. Flex seems to forget that he was dissing 2Pac when he was in prison too which is what actually started it all. Flex's behaviour ultimately got his favourite artist (Piggie Smalls) whacked and he can't live with the fact. He ain't shyt and he knows it.

She has legit only like 4 verses tops that even remotely matter to hip hop, is a replacement level generic east coast mixtape rapper that hasn't a single quality that stands out or rises above average....and she's the highest ranked female on the list and above bonified legends like Ice Cube, G Rap, Tip, Common, Raewkon, DMX, Etc .... Just absurd and invalidates the entire list by itself

I think he was trying to go for the controversial pick by including a woman at a spot that high, which made absolutely no sense. Her most important verse was on Lean Back, which wasn't even that impactful. His list makes no sense, one of his top ten used a damn phone in a freestyle.
