Yeah I didn't like the original. Definition of a wasted beat.
When somebody 1st put me on to kendrick, i think they let me hear 1 of his songs 1st and then 1 he featured on. I think it was miguel's how many drinks or something. I went fromok...whats this kids name again....

People do these gymnastics like "he dropped the greatest albums ever but somehow his features aren't great" or "he's incredible and I can't name any quotables because he's a storyteller" and "his label forces him to do the features, that aint really him." All kinds of excuses that never add up. Dude is just basura with one of the greatest pushes in rap history. Simple.

Kendricks rapping style be too choppy for rhythmic flows dude needs to either slow it down or do some hard hitting punchline rap. This one is down there with Sidewalks as far as trash kdot features

I fukked with his verse but I see how someone would say it doesn't fit the song. Same tempo as the Don't Kill My Vibe remix from 4 years ago with hov (thankfully they changed up that beat a bit to match his flow)
