I said when this genre popped off it was a bite and where it came from.
Not to mention, before it was pushed into the direction of trap content wise as the only direction.
It had promise as a light hearted bite cover lane for mainstream wannabe sellout artist to try their hand at.
In that this genre is based solely off biting like mostly all southern music since bone and crunk.
Never have I not called out this genre and the people in it.
Never have I not kept it real concerning southern music since bone and tear the club up were the mid to late nineties boom.
Still to this day SunTrust leland is the best release in the genre'a history. Despite the fact la got all the cool punched out of him.
even then I called that out for the blatant rehashes of master p.
to southern staple records like most southern rap is just on autotune.

The genre was interesting in its infancy because it was not used as the complete direction of all urban music.
After racks tho,...everyone bit in every region and genre.
From bop and drill music in chi to every region that had a club to witness the emerging draw and impact to capitalize on.
Yet and still the genre is based off a bite.
like all southern music that is not geto boys, convicts or ugk affiliated.
To try to front like southern music after mystic styles to tear the club up is not a bite is a fallacy, and false narrative.

So, are we going to address the full elephant in the room.

Didn't people react like this when T Pain said Future was sharking his style? And didn't people react the same way when Thugga just came out and said he on Tunechi's nuts too hard? Now there's this kid King Slyme that out thugs Thugga,same thing right?
