Any women carrying a baby 40 plus weeks to term know exactly what she doing . Women have so many contraceptives to prevent pregnancy. Judge did it right.
Child support is about......supporting the child (financially). She wasn't married to him so it's not like the kid was accustomed to living a very specific way that requires huge cash infusions.
She could have asked for $10k, maybe $12k and had a shot. $50k makes it clear she just wanted to live a rich lifestyle and not work. $3k is the judge saying "your kid's needs will be taken care of but you'll still need to get up off yo azz and work."
She had this shyt planned from the moment she spread her legs for this nikka.

Feel like there should be a compromise.
Future pays $3200/month for the child until they're 18.....BUT he also has to match that amount into some kind trust, that only the kid will have access to. It pays for college/trade school/emergency at 18 but if the kid wants to use it for something else...can't access it until 25.
