Not really it’s the same problem with people who build those mega $100+ million estates. The market of people able to afford it is very small and the ones that can afford it don’t want to buy a “hand me down” from someone else they’d rather make their own unless they’re getting it for a really good price.

He is a performer and his clothes and his style of dress, including having a stylist is a business expense to be a tax write off. It's common in entertainment, they have an image to uphold and market. So spending that much isn't out of the norm based on your income for that year. How much he spends will vary from year to year so will his tax write off.
