It's funny because the reasons y'all used against Culture can be used for DS2. Who actually remembers the songs besides the singles, the intro and I Serve The Base? Bad and Boujee was the number one in the country when Trump was being inaugurated. But it does take talent to go out of your way to discredit a successful album :ehh:

yea I prefer DS2 and bump it a lot more....but these responses really got me taken back....I thought migos were way bigger and future was the underdog :hubie:

DS2 was the 2015 version of TM101 or 400 Degreez

thats a worse comparison TBH.....TM101 was groundbreaking on so many levels....and this was pre-internet........

both culture and DS2 had streaming and the lack of" real culture" to push them....

a lot of fans by then were going off the glory days from older siblings and being YT dorks....

by the time either 1 of those albums blew "the streets" were not even a factor in anything music related.

See this why this old ass site gets trolled by ktt into believing Ye and Push text threads :mjlol:

Breh I'm saying that Ye Jay-Z album was not it but swear 2 god these fools were gassing it up like was next level....."HAM" was CRAAAAAAZY :dead:

the club scene was already dead....drug game dead....it was a really weird space in general. Guys were dressing in all sorts of weird phaggot European brands looking like bozos. I just didn't get it.

Like if u went 2 any of these shows back then and tried to wild out these guys would panic.

I'm just not from the culture of spitting on something to big up something else. That's insecure beta behavior imo

To me, like TM101 in 05, DS2 was and album that just shut the game down. Didn't matter what else dropped that summer, nothing was getting play but DS2.

they both had that before & after affect.

To me, TM101 is the 05 400 degrees or guerrilla warfare and DS2 is the 2015 TM101
