On average black men don't have their hair done...do they?.I am all black and every woman in my family takes care of their hair...but if I came from the woman you mentioned earlier family I may have had damaged hair...proper hair care isn't taught often..also sooo many women of color still think harsh chemicals are the only way to tame their curls...but as I said that's the way they were raised....
