Make it easy for them, they'll make it easy for you to get thru

This dude could have made it thru in 10 secs but he had to be a prick

If you encounter DUI checkpts freq have stock easy answers ready

Cop: where are you coming from, have you had anything to drink, where are you headed.

Two hands on steering wheel at 10 and 2 and act calm

Nice simple answers, no more than a few words

If you got dark tints roll all the windows down

If you fukked up, car not up to date or u got drugs in that shyt, follow the above and pray

But dont drive your ride fukked up cause I dont want ur ass slammin into me:ufdup:

And read this shyt:'99 Problems' Law Review

Also have all ur lights workin (head, tail, brake) dont roll up with one head light

Why are you guys scared of what he did?

In the eyes of the law you can be one of two things:

Under arrest
Free to go

He was not under arrest. The officers did not have probable cause. He comitted no moving violation and was not pulled over.

By answering his questions he is agreeing to an investigation and can give the officers probable cause or suspicion to search. By saying yes clearly he does and if he had a drink (even a drop) and says no and that is discovered, he has given them cause for further search. By giving them his name he has given the police the ability to search for warrents and even an unpaid ticket can be cited as a reason for a vehicle search.

By giving them nothing...which he legally had the ability to...because he was doing nothing...they can't do anything.

Know your rights. Simply asking "am i under arrest or am i free to go" ends everything. There is no in between.

Im from KC, MO this has been tried and failed. As well as people having a huge ass house party and when the cops come knocking they just lock the doors.

Its cool cause if the cops dont have a warrant they wont bust down the door, but it dont mean they wont wait until someone inevitably has to leave the house within an hr or 2.

This summer people pulled that locked the doors and keep about the business, there were about 3 cars that were illegally parked. Nobody came out, until the cops called the tow truck...$150 to get that shyt back.

Theres a DUI checkpoint off Barry Rd and theres a lane where you pull into if you need to be checked out so your not just backing up traffic. You can pull that "I aint talkin steeze" You'll just be asked to pull into the lane, and when you in the lane theres cops in front of your whip and behind (workin with the other people who got pulled) , keep in mind your not under arrest, but you can sit there and look stupid by not saying anything and if you want to hit a cop with you vehicle on the way out by trying to pull through or back out:pachaha: go ahead.

When they pull you over into that lane, they are free to go into their car and ''run your plates' which means they sit in their whip for about 15 mins come out, talk to another officer, go back in...and if you get pushy and ask, am I under arrest, what am I waiting for, whats the hold up etc. They are like just sit here, when we need you we will come back to you if you want to answer the question have you been drinking yes or no then you can be free to go other than that just sit here while we 'gather' information. You can sue the cops for wasting your time.

This is video is an exception, not the rule. But then again, the cops havin you pull over and just wait until you decide you want to be cooperative is an exception and not the rule as well. If you want to be an a$$hole, you can be one, so can the cops, being an a$$hole isnt illegal.
