there weren't repercussions for nash? didn't jj dillon BAN the powerbomb after that incident? i even vaguely remember an episode where nash was arrested.

if the outsiders attacked harlem heat on nitro and intentionally injured booker t after their match (in which they lost), forcing them out of the finals against the steiners in a tag team tournament to crown new champions, jj dillon would have never EVER declared the outsiders take their place.

as for your other example i think you really have to discount everything over the last 10-12 years because during that time they've thrown kayfabe out the window and so many guys don't act consistently with their character.
