shyt, I wrote a paper when I was in freshman English arguing the differences between promiscuity and prostitution as a way of arguing that women had as much right as men do to be promiscuous whereas a prostitute was strictly out for business purposes.

As a Man, it’s to my benefit that women feel more comfortable to express themselves sexually. That makes it easier for us to connect with them and have sex which we want to do anyway. The issue is when it becomes too free wielding and that’s a danger for men and women. Too much sex for either risks kids out of wedlock or with a partner you not really into, it risks potential disease, and given our cultural need to be monogamous it ruins the potential for a serious relationship.

It’s like both sides definitely have their points and it underscores our hypocrisies in real time. You want a woman to be willing and able to sexually please you even if it means she’s got a past just like you do. But if you have a daughter or cousin receiving this info and thinking it’s cool then it becomes a problem.

I try to just admit to myself that it’s more complicated than it seems.
