Donkey Kong Country (SNES)
Killer Instinct (Arcade)
Tekken (Arcade)
NBA 2k9 (PS3) *It was a game I got with my ps3 so I had no history with 2k7 or 2k8 but I was floored
NBA 2k14 (PS4) * Amazing graphics, but I've gotten used to them since then
Killzone 2

I didn't play it at the time it dropped but Doom 3 on PC had me like :ohhh::feedme:

I use to wish I had enough money to buy a PC for that game. Still haven't played it to this day, but it was a moment in gaming where graphics took that leap.

Soul calibur dreamcast is the only correct answer

I got the dreamcast pretty late and I was really surprised by how good Soul Calibur's graphics were, it was comparable to a ps2. That game must have been mind blowing when it came out
