As of December 2023, Priscilla Rainey had collected approximately $500,000 from The Game toward the $7.13 million judgment awarded to her in a 2016 sexual assault lawsuit. Despite this partial payment, Rainey has faced significant challenges in recovering the full amount, leading her to pursue various legal avenues to enforce the judgment.
In her efforts to collect the debt, Rainey was granted ownership of The Game’s independent record label, Prolific Records, as well as the royalties from his 2019 album, Born 2 Rap. Additionally, in May 2025, a judge ordered the sale of The Game’s Calabasas home to help satisfy the outstanding judgment.
The Game has publicly denied the allegations and has been resistant to paying the judgment, even stating in a 2016 Instagram post that Rainey “ain’t gettin s###!”. His failure to appear at court hearings and attempts to shield assets have further complicated the collection process.
As of now, there is no public record indicating that Rainey has collected more than the initial $500,000. However, with the court-ordered sale of The Game’s property and seizure of his music-related assets, additional funds may be recovered in the future.
