Rogue Legacy. This game is crack and I might like it better than Spelunky.

I prefer Spelunky myself but good choice that's gonna get no love.

Right now, Super Mario 3D World is my GOTY. I haven't played TLOU yet so there's that.

gta 5 and bioshock were just more polished versions of an existing franchise.

I really liked Journey as well, but that came out in 2012.

I'd like to see a list of notable games people haven't played this year. For me it's:

I missed out on a lot of AAA this year. Maybe it was me adjusting to having a kid this year; maybe it just didn't strike my fancy as much; maybe it was the $60 asking price
