it seems baseless given daemon's actions and even in the most recent episode, he was counting on otto's spy network to see him with rhae. daemon is impulsive, but not shortsighted enough to start a war with the crown with nothing but a few loyalists against the entirety of the crowneasy

Guy who plays viserys is a great actor. Hes all over the place in these 4 eps. Seems like a good king that let one thing get in his way (succession) but had no way out of it anyway. Nothing was gonna stop that war from coming.
