Gamestop has sealed games, you just gotta ask for em. Only time I cop opened "new" games from them is when I'm on the fence and want that free rental.

I rarely buy from there these days. But I remember few years back I had a small part time there. Behind the counter in one of the cabinets I saw a shrink wrap machine to put that plastic wrap on things. Never saw it used but it kind of gets suspicious. Could it be to seal "new" games?
