i think he was shelved 2 years prior to dropping The Documentary due to Dre working with Rakim & 50, but that Rakim album never dropped then all focus was on Curtis. Game was on the mixtape circuit around that time, he announced signing to G-Unit around 2004 with that G-Unit Radio 5 mixtape. he was buzzing heavy after that. i actually own that mixtape back when they used to sell them shyts on the streets. the mixtape craze around that time was bananas. i still own alot of them tapes from 2004-2005.
