I finally beat it a couple of years ago
I had to play through the emulator invite some elite contra player and run it with him
the shyt he was doing was godly

difficulty wise? TMNT for NES' swimming board is legit the only game I've ever given up on out of pure rage and frustration.
Jade Weapon in FF7... til I learned Knights of the Round>Mimic. Seeing that beam attack sweep through your party, them all jump in the air when the damage counter hit all 9's...
M. Bison's non-2 second charging Psycho Crusher using ass.... which turned into a throw that magically took 1/4 damage from you when you blocked the Psycho Crusher

Crono dying had my young mind fukked up for weeks, brehs. I literally just wandered around different time periods doing nothing. Didn't even wanna finish the game. The only way I even finished CronoTrigger was that I broke down and went back to Crono's house for old times sake and had an idea while making that Doll dance.....
The ending of Final Fantasy Tactics left me depressed. You lose everything (even your name is erased from history books and you're branded a heretic) and you and your party ride off to nowhere.....
Delita gets to be King AND gets Ovelia, then after the credits Delita brings her flowers... the scenery and music totally mask what's about to go down. Ovelia tries to kill dude out of fear for her life, fearing she knew too much for his liking. Delita survives long enough to kill her instead.
Then he looks up at the sky and basically asks if the lead character got what he wanted, if he was happy.... then Delita dies him self, succumbing from his wounds.
Was I happy!? Delita, are you fukking serious!?

once i beat it a couple of times it was easy as mario
watch some speedruns on youtube thats exactly how we played it

Remember how to unlock characters you had to beat em first?
I remember it like yesterday I was like 10, playing my ass off trynna unlock young link. What you had to do was beat the game with all the 14+ OG characters, then when I met him, I had the lil fakkit at 99% damage and was about to hit him with the hard punch he throws that bomb at murks me
I swear I got so heated I immediately went for my GameCube took the disc out and threw that shxt faster and further than Xenas frisbee..
At the moment I thought you had to beat the game all over again with all of em
