I had to turn it off and chill for a bit, I was pissed.

I mention this before, but this shyt made me so mad when I was a kid I snatched it out of the console, broke it up into the smallest pieces I could, threw the pieces into the toilet, and shytted all over it. I hate that game so much.

the final boss fight in metal gear revengeance ....had to stop playin that shyt for like two months to cool down ....soon as i beat it i took it out the ps3 and threw that shyt across the room

It took me an hour and a half to beat that fight, and you have to take in consideration that at best the fight would last only three minutes before I got my ass beat. You can do the math on how many times in a row I fought him. That's one of those bosses that doesn't give you a sense of victory or satisfaction, you're just glad it's over so you can move on.

Same goes Vanquish' final boss fight (might in fact be for all of Platinum Games' final bosses). It didn't take me as long as the MGS: Revengeance fight but I'm pretty sure I died twice as much in that fight as I did in the rest of that game put together.

I'm sitting here just blazing through the first few areas of the game and I get here and repeatedly die because I run out of that fire spell.After dying and restarting, I turned around back at the bon fire and saw a alternate path. I haven't double clicked dark souls since.

That's the one, pure brutality. You can barely hold your own against one of those dudes but on top of that your armor's special abilities get disabled like every 30 seconds and the walls to take cover keep switching, leaving you zero room to take a breather.

I never got to beat the game, I moved on to Jet Force Gemini which managed to put me in a catatonic state when the game told me to go back and collect the furries before fighting the final boss.
